- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activities under your account.
- Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders based on availability, pricing, or other concerns.
- Orders are confirmed via email or phone. Confirmed orders may still be canceled due to exceptional conditions.
- Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery fees are calculated during checkout and added to the final amount.
- Payments must be made in full before dispatch using accepted methods (cards).
- We may cancel unpaid orders without notice.
- We deliver across UAE with varying methods based on product characteristics.
- Customer can collect their material from the specified Madar stores.
- Madar uses multiple algorithms to deliver the material based on the selection by the customer. The shipping rate is calculated based on quantity and value of the ordered items.
- Estimated delivery times are 24 to 48 hours based on the items.
- A customer signature is required upon receipt of all deliveries.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
- Return Policy: Items must be unused and in original packaging for a return, with specific conditions for hygiene and condition.
- You may return items within 3 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued within 7 days after inspection of returned items.
- Damaged Shipments: If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer has the right to refuse the shipment and return it with the same delivery truck. If the customer accepts a damaged shipment and later wishes to return it, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer will then be responsible for returning the item to our store or paying additional shipping fees for us to collect it.
- Some categories may be non-refundable unless defective.
- Cancellation Window: Most policies allow cancellation within 7 days of payment, with some exceptions for bulk orders or customized products.
- Contact for Cancellation: Customers must notify the retailer via email or phone to initiate a cancellation request.
- Refund Process: Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method, and the refund may take 10 to 14 business days to appear on the statement.
- Non-Cancelable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or special procurement orders, may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
